one more chance

Dati rati kapag inspired ako saka ako nag papayat. Maraming beses na rin ako nabigo. Pero sabi nga try and try untill you die ehek untill you suceed pala. Oo na naghahanap nanaman ako ng pagkaka abalahan sa buhay, ayoko munang ubusin ang panahon ko sa katatanong tungkol sa buhay pag ibig ko. This time sarili ko naman ang aasikasuhin ko.

Actually nagagawa ko naman magpapayat kapag gusto ko , mas malakas nga lang resistensya ko kapag may motivation ako. Na challenge kasi ako dun sa nabasa kong status message sa ym na 9th day of Biggest loser challenge.. Hmmm napasyal ako sa blog nya kaya nainspire ako. Bakit gusto ko pumayat to feel good about myself.

Kasi ang mga taong nakapaligid sakin either plastic o kaya naman masyado lang mabait para hindi sabihin yun totoong nararamdaman nila para saken.. yun iba naman sobrang bulgar… pero isa lang ang ibig sabihin non hindi na maganda sa pakiramdam yun maraming pumapansin sa katawan ko.

Matagal ko na gustong gawin to kaso nagtatalo yun isip ko sabi nun isa wag ka na mag diet masarap kumain saka maganda ka naman ( oo sabi talaga ng isip ko yun :lol ) yun isa naman ” magpapayat ka na lalo ka gaganda ( :lol:) saka kapag pumayat ka na baka mapansin ka na ni ______________. oha oha..  Mas lalo daw ako gaganda sabi nun isa kaya sige na nga.. im giving myself another chance to go on DIE -T.

Hopefully  magawa ko na ito ng tama. Hindi naman ako nag mamadali gusto ko in natural way.. gaya nga sabi ni Alvin B . no pain no gain.

So ayun diet starts….. now?

    hehehe! less mo ang rice or no rice talaga tapos puro gulay kahit na isang bandehadong gulay at isang malaking isda ang kainin mo bawat kain mo hehe! sigurado papayat ka na nyan. Saka wla naman problema kung mataba ka basta wala lang sakit tulad ng high blood, sakit sa puso , diabetes, cholesterol, uric acid etc. alam mo may frend ako super taba halos di na pasakayin ng jeep kapag pumapara sya pero ginagawa lang nyang tawanan ang sarili nya. ang mga anak nya ang tataba rin pero mababait naman alam ko ganyan ka rin so walang problema unless gusto mong mag suot ng seksing damit o mag swimsuit or mag suot ng short na maiksi naku haba na nito baka kala mo inoorocan kita.

      hahahaha mommy wala problema sa akin ang magsuot ng mga sexy nagsusuot talaga ako wahehehe kaya lang yun iba hindi kasya wahahaha…

      salamat po sa tip.. ay di ko naman iniisip na orocan kayo na aappreciate ko nga po yun eh…

    Lambing I miss you!…The fastest way to lose weight is to cut out a lot of sugar and bad carbohydrates from your diet. What are bad carbohydrates? White rice and white bread are the worst because they have no nutritional value. Stick to red/brown rice and multi grain bread. And even if you do take good carbohydrates, take them VERY minimally. I suggest you avoid everything fried and canned. Go for steamed or grilled instead. Eat lots and lots of vegetables (cut down on potatoes because they are high in carbohydrates). And drink lots of water.
    You have to exercise at least 4 x a week for 45 minutes. And in the exercise you have to exert enough effort that your heart rate goes up. I do not know your height and weight so I can not tell you just how hard you should be exercising.
    If you follow this routine, I am sure you will lose a lot of weight in 3 months. But remember, you have to commit to this for life in order to stay slim…. I hope it could be a big help for u…luv yahh! ^^

    sis, my way para pumayat kht kumain kapa jan ng kumain… oo pramis. prang ako, hahaha ilang beses na ko sumubok pero di ko nagawa. nawalan p nga ko ng pag-asa pero isang araw my dumating sa buhay ko at nagpabago nito… text me 09182100679 ~ cylin name ko…🙂
